Quiet Read 1.4.3

30 April 2010 Categories: apps, bambooapps, programming, quiet read

It’s 6 am in Hong Kong, and I’ve already suffered another episode of my endless frustration with Subversion, and published Quiet Read 1.4.3

This update does not bring many exciting new features (unless you are a Quiet Read Pro user and are very excited by the new “Send to delicious”), but fixes some annoying bugs, and makes the app more solid and reliable.

To update Quiet Read, open the app’s preferences, go to the “General” panel, and click the “Check for updates now” button.

    Using QR free right now.
Can QR Pro load links from RIL or IP ? If true that would be very useful for use RIL or IP as a central source from mobile apps and read from QR on laptop.

    Hi!

It´s not possible now, but we are working on adding full RIL support.

I would kill for synchronization with my Pinboard.in “unread” queue: http://pinboard.in/u:gerwitz/unread/

I’ve got a question regarding Quiet Read: for those wishing to cut down on menu bar clutter, is there an option to launch Quiet Read with a command?

Right now, no, there is no way to launch it as a command, you can not get rid of the menubar item
