Ask for help from 1Password or other app developers they have way to sing passwords so I don’t see a reason why there would be no way to sync flash cards.

Sync via WiFi thats what many other applications does right now.

You can also sync via web-server. User will need to create an account and user web to organize library. Adding Features like sharing dictionaries with other iphone or desktop users or students would be really great.
